I understand what feels like under the pressures of trying to keep up with everything and feeling like you really don’t have a life. Especially at this time, where circumstances can feel incredibly overwhelming. Let’s talk about you before we talk about me.

You have a lot going on, and there is also so much going on in the world. Some people have been put in limbo situations while others are now being overworked. Maybe you have noticed that your personal life, commitments and responsibilities, are experiencing the collateral damage of stress and that your precious relationships are starting to suffer.

Maybe you feel discouraged about the future.

Maybe some days it is hard to get out of bed, and the days seem to blend together. If so it would be safe to say that you struggle with complex feelings, and dealing with that struggle inside feels like it is getting harder each day.

You start to wonder about your mental health, and if something really is wrong with you. If you are like me and most people you might even start to google to try to find some answers or help.

Burn-out can happen quickly when many stresses come together and the support structures start to fail. Having worked from a place of burnout in my own life story I get it. That on your own this must be exhausting as you manage all the responsibilities while struggling with issues of motivation and drive.

With five years’ experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified in Tele-Mental Health, and over a decade of education in psychology you can be trust that I will be able to work with you using technology in the comfort of your own home.

When you work with me I hold space, offer my experience, clinical skills, and kind heart to your path of renewal. I listen and learn what your life experience is like and I often serve as your cheerleader and confidant.

Temporary and permanent spaces of your life can offer a lot of contrast and create some bad habits. Positive Regard Psychotherapy can be a lifeline and empowering support. This is a therapeutic relationship where you can process, share, and work on creating change that will help you find happiness again. My gentle and light hearted approach has helped lift spirits and created space to do the inner-work while releasing a lot of complex feelings like guilt or shame. I embrace the idea that during these difficult times there is the opportunity to dress casually for tele-sessions which often occur from a comfy couch or chilling in bed . . . just please, wear some pants.
